Mrs Shipra Jha
Director Human Resources and IT
Shipra has 25 years experience in India and Europe in establishing businesses from
scratch ranging from Software retailing to establishing Call Centrer and developing alliances
amongst rivals such as TCS and IBM/ Hitachi for mutual benefit.
Shipra has had diverse experience with Delivery, Operations, Customer Relations, Corporate Quality and Human Resource Management, across different industry sectors including IT, Energy & Utility Sector and BPOs.
Shipra is a Six Sigma Black Belt and a certified assessor of Malcom Baldridge based Tata Business Excellence Model.
Mr Bimlendra Jha
Executive Chairman
He is the chairman of Kross Innovations. A corporate leader, turnaround specialist and now an
entrepreneur with nearly 3 decades spent with the Tata Group and has many firsts to his
credit in branding and marketing steel. Most recently, he served as MD/CEO of Ambuja Cement.
Prior to which he was CEO of Tata Steel UK.
During the course of his tenure in Europe, he was responsible for re-structuring several
under-performing assets using his expertise in Theory of Constraints to turn them to
profitability.
He began his career at Tata Steel Limited in 1990. Early in his career, he held some key roles
such as Chief of ASPIRE & Improvement Projects, Executive in Charge Tata Growth Shop, and
Principle Executive officer to M.D. Tata Steel and Vice President Long Products.
He has been pioneer and the brain child for the Steel House concept, which paved the way
forward for use of steel in building houses, doors and façade.
While he was managing the marketing of long products, he has initiated for the first time
branding on re-bars in India, which subsequently became the industry norm in India.
While being MD of Ambuja Cements, turned around the business to have the second-highest
EBITDA in a decade. He also has initiated and launched water proof cement, a new trend now
being followed in Cement.
He has been broad of Tata Group Innovation forum and Tata Steel Europe. He continues to serve
on the board of Theory of Constraints International Certification Organization.
Mr Amrit Singh
Director Marketing
He is a Computer Engineer turned Entrepreneur and have established a Advertisement and
Brand Promotion Company AMS ADS in Silvassa.
Since 2011, the company has become the largest outdoor promotion company in the U.T. of Dadra
Nagar Haveli, Daman & Diu and Vapi with a advertisement space of more than 1 Lakh Sq feet.
AMD ADS has also the sole advertising rights for Vapi Nagar Municipal Corporation and Silvassa
Municipal corporation.
He has also designed and created market for digital display systems and communication systems. The brand “DIN” is being widely used in the public sector establishments.
The various IT solutions being developed include software of medical sector including Tele-Medicine, Hospital Management System, Pharmacy, etc, software for education and training.
He has also successfully managed outdoor campaigns of national level. The campaigns included the design, conceptualization and roll-out of promotion, and awareness programs. The company was also awarded the “Excellence in Outdoor and Digital Media” in 2014 and award for most promising media solution provider of Dadra Nagar and Haveli.
He has been involved in designing the mega marketing plan and execution of campaigns for all major players in construction industry West.

Master in Technology (Industrial Engineering & Management), IIT Kharagpur, MBA, XLRI
Jamshedpur.
He ventured into Entrepreneurship after about 20 Years of Experience in the Steel
Industry having worked in Tata Steel in various functions including Industrial
Engineering, Marketing & Sales, Strategic Procurement, Manufacturing and Project Management.
The broad area of expertise in the area of
a) Manufacturing Improvement and Total Quality Management (TQM), Design of Incentive schemes
and initiatives related to manufacturing productivity improvement. Experience in Engineering,
equipment manufacturing and steel long products, wires and Re-bars.
b) Contract Management and M&S for Metals & Minerals Sector viz. Steel Plants, Sponge Iron
Plants, Cement Plants, Mining and Beneficiation.
c) Project Management lifecycle including Project Planning, Project Management and Strategic
Sourcing of capital plant and machinery.
Having working experience in manufacturing and projects domains; since 2000, joined
Kross Innovations Pvt Ltd where the focus is steel equipment for metals and mineral
sector and steel sheet products for construction industry.

industries, She now want to leverage her experience and skills for leadership roles in IT
Services industry.
