Kross Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is a company deeply passionate about metals. We make Steel, Aluminium and Copper usable by
consumers in the shape and form they desire. We see ourselves as a crucial link between the bulk metal producers and
consumers to provide green, recyclable alternatives to wood, cementitious products, and plastics.
The company was established in 2011 as a Design & Engineering company providing technical solutions to Hydro Power and
its associated Hydraulic Systems, mainly for Banks, Barrages and Hydraulic Gate Designs. A decade later, with a new management,
experienced and deeply passionate about the unexploited potential of metals in India and the country’s ability to become
an export hub for finished metal products, Kross Innovations added manufacturing facilities at Silvassa and created a network
of synergistic facilities to deliver unmatched value to consumers.
From our products division we offer Decorative Façades, Fire rated Insulated metal Panels, CBRI Certified Fire rated and
Decorative Steel Doors, Acoustic Ceiling Tiles, Decking Sheets, U-Baffles, Louvers, Purlins, Reverse Vending Machines with
integrated or standalone Digital Advertising Standees, Mining Dumper Turntable etc.
From our services division, we offer flexible options to Construction Projects, OEMs and EPCs for Fabrication of Steel
Structurals, Platforms, Walkways, Balance of Plant and Equipment for Power, Steel, Cement Plants and Mining sector.
We also offer hydraulic systems and Valves as distribution business partners of DICSA and BDK Valves. Our light gauge
fabrication facility is capable of meeting surge loads from white goods manufacturers and data centers.
Kross Innovations Pvt Ltd is certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and SA 8000: 2014. It has 45,000 ft2 manufacturing facility at Silvassa with 4 EOT Cranes with 24x7 power back up, augmented with the capability of several partners in the near vicinity. With an Amada Turret Punch Press 2500 NT newly imported from Japan, Press brakes uniquely capable of working in Tandem to bend 8 m in single stroke we can manufacture some unique shapes and sizes that are unmatched in South Gujarat. Ata speed of 50m/min our U-Baffles rolling machines are one of the fastest in the country. We can join all forms of sheet metals and heavy gauge, including Stainless Steel, with our MIG/ TIG and Submerged Arc welding. We have lined upPerforation Press for tiles and perforated panels,Powder Coating Line for RAL finish, Sublimation Line for wooden finish and choice of designs/ colours.
